Located along the southeastern coast of China, the Brightoil Petroleum Storage and Transportation Base on Waijiaodao Island in Zhoushan is a key component of the nation's crude oil storage and logistics system. At present, approximately 80% of the southern island phase has been completed, with the main structure of the 300,000-ton berth successfully finished. The primary construction is expected to be completed within the year. Looking ahead, the project aims to establish an integrated petroleum logistics chain covering bonded fuel oil imports, oil storage, offshore bunkering, and petroleum shipping—positioning itself as a regional hub for energy supply and transshipment.

PetroChina Shilou Oil Depot Project

The PetroChina Shilou Oil Depot Hazard Remediation Project is a key component in enhancing the capital’s energy security system. With a total storage capacity of 96,000 cubic meters, the project includes diesel and gasoline tanks as well as a vapor recovery system. It is currently in the critical phase of equipment installation and system commissioning. The project fully adopts intelligent management concepts, aiming to build an integrated refined oil distribution platform featuring smart dispatching, digital operations, automated response, and intelligent decision-making.
